Return Conditions

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.

Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted.
Return Process

Request your return by contacting us at info@chloedavid-melbourne.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier.

You must send the item back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as you are responsible for the return shipment.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, and meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 14 days via your original payment method.
Liability

Chloe & David Melbourne is not responsible for lost return shipments if tracking confirms delivery to the provided address.

Providing the correct shipping address is the customer’s responsibility.

Any errors in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
